Don't really know much on Zippos but this catalog is interesting!! If you are going to start collecting Zippos, you will need this reference!

It's a large coffee table type with colorful dust jacket which is duplicated on the cover. Not too much reading, but just enough to give you all the information you would need or want about Zippo lighters for both cars and trucks. (Mostly cars) Lots of detail, up close pictures of lighters and drawings from their design to colorful finished product. If you're into cars or Zippo lighters and want a book you will find hard to put down once you start looking and reading, this book is for you. I have never seen anything like it, and believe it will have wide appeal. If you see it, you'll want it! It's 190 pages and not a dull one in it.

Advertising and Automobiles-A perfect advertising media for The Zippo! This fantastic book celebrates an era when people were not ashamed if their cars were gas guzzlers or if they (gasp!) smoked. All the greats-Ford-Hudson-Cadillac are here in brushed chrome splendor. Of interest is the tremendous coverage of theTucker.What a wonderful reflection of how things used to be.Thank you ,Philip Taggart for a wonderful reference piece.
