Game changer!
03/31/19Edit to add... it’s straightening my toe after only 3 days!!! The discomfort in between the toes I originally attributed to the pull of the heel strap is actually pain from this doing it’s hob by correcting the sideways bend of my toe. Change reflected in before and after photos. Amazing!03/28/19I’ve been wearing similar bunion pad toe separator for about a year now. The heel strap is a huge improvement from the constantly slipping ones I’ve worn in the past. I’m also adjusting to the in between the toes discomfort the pulling heel strap creates. They only arrived today so I’m sure I’ll adjust to that change quickly.

GREAT product
Just got these 2 days ago...I put on immediately and walked on treadmill for 30 minutes... decided to leave on overnight and kept them on for a few hours the next day. No probs, pain in bunion gone...I guess you're supposed to use this in a break-in fashion, but my foot feels better with this ON. One of these days I'm gonna try to use for full day of work. But, for now, I'm THRILLED with the product.***UPDATE: I've worn these things so much since I got them that the toe separator came off both of them. I put it INSIDE the big toe part and it stayed all night. Still like these, trying to figure out how to reattach, if possible.

Only thing that has actually helped me!
I had bunion surgery about 25 years ago. Over time, the big toes started drifting under the second toes causing them to bend out of shape. I’ve tried so many things and had no hope that this would work. After about a week, I noticed the big toes were definitely straighter. I’ve been using them for a month or so, and things just keep improving. These aren’t totally comfortable in shoes; I might just need to get a bigger shoe size, but for the first time I feel like things are getting better instead of worse. Highly recommend!

Weak lateral pull on big toe.
Not nearly enough lateral pull on big toe to be of value for me. Abrasion problem caused by big toe rubbing second toe was not corrected.

We bought that small size of product for my mother-in-law but it does not fit. We return it without trouble.

Worked great until it didn't - broke the 1st day of use.
It did work perfectly well for about 5 hours... then the plastic divider fell off. Wondered if there is a way the divider could be glued and loosely sewn inside the fabric in a future design.
