At this point I am giving this one star. It took 45-50 minutes of non-stop pumping to get it aired up. It came with a white plastic fitting for the pump, and I got it pumped up and pulled off the pump. The white fitting stayed in the hole, so I tried to push the plug into it but it won't fit. So then I pulled out the fitting with pliers and tried to put the plug directly into the hole, but it's far too small to plug the hole. Also, it did not come with an exercise guide as the product description states. I am just about ready to deflate it and return it, and order a different ball.

I purchased this ball to replace one from a ball chair for my daughter-in-law. She loves it! She loves the color and how easy it was to inflate. Thank you for the great product.

This is my first ball. I did a ton of research reading reviews and materials information and my goal was safety and no smell!! I'm happy to report there is no odor whatsoever. The material is very aesthetically pleasing in the pink color. I have been bouncing vigorously at my desk now for hours. I wanted a ball that would be a good fit for my frame and the types of exercises I want to focus on. The Yoga Ball is perfect for working the core, back and leg muscles, as well as doing modified pushups. I was very pleased with the quality of this ball. Some of the others I looked at were upwards of $80. I can't afford that right now. I needed a ball to do safe exercises at home. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.It is well made and easy to inflate, and definitely the right price. I will be buying a smaller version in the near future. Thank you for an inexpensive quality product!
