GPS does not work
So the product is mediocre at best, however for the price the system is not bad. It says to call any time for help, however there is no number to call??? It also has the free SIM card, however to get that thing to work was very difficult, I was never able to get it to work, I had to by a different SIM card. GPS is way, way off! The god shows my child more than 100 miles away in the middle of nowhere?! And when he moves around outside the home , it says he is even farther? Somewhere in the mountains where no one goes? This was the entire reason for the buy? Therefore if you want this product to track your child, I do not recommend.

Great watch for kids safety!
Bought the watch for my child and it is working great! Setting up just takes patience, but once it’s set up, it calls, texts and locates the child accurately. Great buy!

How to set up watch
I do not know how to set up the watch its keeps saying sim card invalid and there are no instructions to guide me through that

Like them so much.
After installing the SpeedTalk SIM card in each watch and setting them up in the app I had to text each watch the prompt that was provided to me via seller email after the purchase. I am able to send voice messages to my kids, they can send them to me. I can call them and they can call me. I can also see their location on the map in the app. voice monitoring, control taking pictures, knowing where your child is in a safe place.I wanted these so that I didn’t have to send my kids places with cell phones but I can still contact them. Kids like these features so much, and I think that watches have these features very well.

Christmas Gift
We purchased this for our oldest granddaughter and she loves it. The only thing is that you have to purchase a SIM card for it and we missed that.

T-Mobile compatible ONLY
Horrible! This watch only works with T-Mobile and no other SIM cards are compatible with it. That’s a quote from the manufacturer. What a waste of time and HUGE disappoint for my children as it was a Christmas present. Very frustrating because nothing in the product description mentioned it’s only T-Mobile compatible.

My daughter LOVES IT.
The phone call clarity is good and we have not had any issues with the being able to reach the network, compatible with both android and iPhone. Overall, I am very satisfied with the watch. My daughter LOVES IT.
