My wife, who had digestive problems, has been using these for years and couldn't get along without them.

I have visible damage to my pancreas from pharmaceutical medication, and likely other food borne bacterial infections, as confirmed by my doctor. I need to take enzymes whenever I eat, otherwise I have lots of unpleasant, painful digestive symptoms similar to IBS. The Dr prescribed enzymes were not compatible with my system, as they are animal sourced. I have tried several others as well, without success. This Organika brand has been working for me for about 3 years now, and I will likely need to take them for the rest of my life. Will buy again. Enzymes are not only good for helping with digestion, I suggest that you research the benefits of taking them apart from meals if you haven't already.
