There aren't any manual B/P cuffs only disposal one very cheap. But this cuff works just great.

Very accurate, easy to use, and good value for your money! I thought this for at home use to monitor mine and my husband's blood pressures. Works well and as expected. Overall I have no complaints!

Good basic reasonably priced sphygmomanometer for smaller arms.
Purchased for my Mom (Retired RN Nurse) as she prefers this style and is more accurate than automatic version. She was also sometimes take reads between the 2 as auto is always a little higher as known by an Dr. or Nurse. Also the cuff on this is better for those females with smaller arms like me or teens. Which my mother likes as I am her patient after being discharged from surgery. We went to local Medical store and what they had for smaller cuffs was not as nice as Amazon. Not looking for this to last forever at the price.

Cheaply made, threads came loose, had to buy another cuff, waste of money. I was very disappointed with this purchase
