BrakeQuip BQ2200 Bleeder Buster Kit

Did not work for me. Just ended up with a worse mess than when I started. Simple and clear instructions but hard to use with calipers on vehicle, which is kind of the point. I was a bit surprised the price is this high considering what's in the box. I guess if it worked it might be worth the price, but was a complete waste of money for me.

This is a great product. It works exactly as described. If you think that there is a chance that you will have trouble removing severely corroded bleeders, then buy this just to have on hand. The instructions are helpful, I cut the rod with a regular pair of side cutters. While the kit comes with replacement bleeder screws, I used speed bleeders. Both products are highly recommended.

We have a high success rate with this tool. Using penetrent oil and carefully hitting the caliper in a 1in radius of the bleeder (with an average size hammer) is a helpful first step to try to break through the rust/ corrosion.

didn't work for me despite soaking with oil and heating. eventually had to replace 2 of 4 calipers.
