It's perfectly fine. There's no bad taste in any of their products. If you don't try to eat it rock hard (which the directions clearly point out you should avoid) and you don't try to eat it when it's melted (just don't, take my word for it), it's great. It meets all our requirements: it's really cold, it is somewhat sweet, there is no terrible aftertaste, it doesn't leave a gummy residue on the tongue, it doesn't hurt your stomach afterwards, and if you eat two of the pints you can't feel anything in your mouth for a really long period of time due to the cold. Amazon's shipping leaves so much to be desired for this product it's hard to know where to begin. IT SUCKS. DO NOT ACCEPT THE PRODUCT IF AMAZON: - loses it and tries to deliver it after it has melted. if you find that anything has separated or if the product looks dwindled at all on arrival, that is due to the product not being kept properly frozen during shipping. the product is no longer any good. demand a refund. - delivers it and the covers have fallen off - again - not safe. just demand a refund. Also you can never tell when the product might be arriving given how Amazon reports tracking it. So, you might suddenly get it a week before it is forecasted to arrive or at any time really. That hardly works for a frozen item which must not be allowed to melt and to then re-freeze. It is no longer safe to eat if this happens. Amazon has also delivered partial orders where some arrived in a timely manner, some went missing for 3-4 days (again, do not eat it) and some never showed up where I've given up on trying to get a refund thru Amazon. We wish Arctic Zero would ship via someone else. Amazon is doing a terrible job with this product. But we love the product. Even better would be if they started to use more of the muscle building and vitamins, etc. materials useful for athletes. And if there's a way to reduce the amount of the 2nd ingredient - sugar - as that is a pretty gross 2nd ingredient to have in a product. If they could pull this off I'd try to buy the company.

I love the Artic Zero brand, and this flavor in particular. However, when I received my order, all of my pints were completely melted to a liquid. I placed them in the freezer. I had hoped they would be salvageable. This was not the case because when the product refreezes, it becomes a block of inedible ice. It is no longer considered ice cream, it is just a block of flavored ice. I had to throw away all the pints I received since they arrived in liquid form. This is not the first time I ordered this product from Amazon, I have ordered it three or four times before, but this is the second time I received their ice cream completely unfrozen. Artic Zero, figure out how to ship your cold items so they stay completely frozen!!

HAVING TO BE GLUTEN, DAIRY AND GRAIN FREE THIS IS EXCELLENT PRODUCT. I'VE TRIED MANY FLAVORS BUT LIKE VANILLA BEST AS I CAN DRESS IT UP ANY WAY I LIKE. THE SUGAR CONTENT IS LOW WHICH ALSO HELPS. ITS DELICIOUS BUT IT IS A BIT EXPENSIVE PLUS THE SHIPPING COST. WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE AS LONG AS I CAN AFFORD IT THOUGH BECAUSE TREATS TO FIT MY NEED ARE NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LOCALLY. THE SUPERMARKET THAT USED TO CARRY THIS WHEN I DISCOVERED IT NO LONGER DOES I ASKED THEM TO RECONSIDER BUT THEY HAVENT. THANK YOU FOR GREAT PRODUCT

For nearly a year now I'd been reading rave reviews of this product on the interwebs. I'd check my local groceries stores, search online to see where the nearest place to try some was. So when it popped up on Amazon, I grabbed some -- despite the significant price. And it's okay. If you're dieting, it beats the bejesus out of celery. As a low-calorie treat, I'd put it on par with yogurt -- AND by volume, lower calorie than even yogurt. So after the hype I was a little let down, but it's not terrible. It's just not a magical low calories replacement for ice cream.

I would give this 10 stars if I could! This is my new FAVORITE flavor! I hope Arctic Zero keeps this flavor as a part of their permanent line up. Trying not to eat an entire pint is hard; it's just so dang good! Eating a whole pint won't hurt at all as far as calories are concerned, so go ahead and indulge! The only problem is that it's so expensive I have to ration my supply! I've tried all their flavors, and if you're having a hard time deciding what to order, go for this one! I typically love Arctic Zero products, but I highly recommend people stay away from purchasing this way. I'd hate for someone else to waste their time or money. My package arrived 5 days late and (to be expected based on that time frame) completely melted. The product had seeped through the box and smelled pretty awful upon opening. Unfortunately, I had to throw away everything and am just thankful Amazon provided a courtesy full-refund since these are non-refundable.

There are so many things I love about Arctic Zero. The product is amazing and the Company truly cares about its' customers. I love the Chocolate Mint! It is creamy with a true Mint Chocolate flavor and absolutely delicious! I have always had to watch my calories and ice cream was something I often craved. Since I found Arctic Zero, I no longer buy regular ice cream. Arctic Zero totally satisfies me with its' delicious taste and nutritious stats!

I’m a huge fan of Artic Zero. However, when I received my order, my pints were completely melted, liquid. I placed them in the freezer. I had hoped they would turn out ok. Not so much the case. When the product refreezes, it becomes more “icy” and not very good. The creaminess is no longer there. I had to throw away all the pints I received since they arrived in liquid form.
