Kinda like left for dead
i have seen the trailers for this game & when i got it i loved it like the fact how you can level up certain guns & certain classes as well they Have Slasher (Close combat), Medic, Exterminator, Demolitions, Gun Slinger i thing there is 1 more i did feel the game a bit short but its a nice touch to what certain places would be like during the Zombie apocalypse i liked it in my opinion not many special zombies but seeing the swarms come at you is insane kinda like in the movie how they just jump off & fall twitch a little & burst out running again & the whole zombie pyramid is gnarly that they swarm up & start climbing on top of each other to get to certain places is insane, personally i liked the game a lot played online as well & its cool just dont be that guy that wanders off because you wont go to far because of the lurkers that pounce on you & pin you down & if your online some wont help you if you wander to far

Survive Together, Get Frustrated With AI Alone.
An interesting genre of gaming that should get more titles would have to be games based on books. Be it comics like Fables, or novels like Metro, games based on books have a lot of potential. World War Z is yet another game trying to make a novel a gaming experience, and actually does a good job. The game is a 3rd person zombie survival shooter that features gameplay reminiscent of Left 4 Dead. However, unlike L4D, World War Z features hordes of zombies so large that Dead Rising’s developers would drool. The game features four base locations and one DLC location. Each scenario has a mini campaign with 4 unique characters, all of whom can be equipped with different load outs, perks, and classes to fit your play style. The weapon selection is vast with an abundance of upgrades (silencers, sights, socks, etc.). There is also a horde mode that revolves around wave survival. Sadly, despite its impressive features and amazing personalization, this game was clearly meant to be played with friends. Though you do have a single player option, the difficulty and capabilities of the horde make if feel like your teammates are dead weight that let you down more often than not. Instead of healing themselves and fighting the hordes with you, they tend to get hardly any kills and get downed often. I understand this game is intended to be played online or in co-op, but when the ability to play solo with AI is made available, it should be balanced. It’s still worth a buy and a play through, just know it’s gonna be an uphill battle if you don’t want to play with other people.

Very fun!
Great! No problems, matchmaking can be a bit slow, but not always. It’s really incredible (and hard) it can run so many Zack on the screen at the same time! Thousands! And they all do unique things, so it looks very real! Guns are all pretty good, with some standing out as top-tier. I’ve read the book, and seen the movie, and I’ve come to an interesting conclusion. The game is more like the book. Being an oral history, it plays out many different perspectives, so does the game. Aside from the fact the games is far more fantastical, with events and locations being far behind what is most likely seen, it still is a must have for any zombie fan, or just someone looking for a new TPS game.

Great for co-op!
This is a surprisingly good co-op game. The game uses elements from other games but the level design and story is good. It can be quite challenging in harder settings. the different classes are well designed and should give everyone the type of game play they are looking for. The character perks compliment a team of 4 well. For the price it's worth a try.

A Solid, Fun Multiplayer Experience
World War Z is a competent squad-based shooter that really shines when you’re playing with friends. It handles the zombie swarms well and keeps the mission pacing quick and exciting. While the game doesn’t introduce many fresh ideas, it still offers a solid online PvP experience, especially if you’re a fan of fighting off endless waves of zombies. It’s definitely more enjoyable in multiplayer, but don’t expect anything groundbreaking.

What a surprise hit!
The game performs very well (from a technical perspective) I have noticed no bugs/glitches or connectivity issues. The graphics are fantastic (playing on xbox one x)In a market oversaturated battle royale and with many hundred hour-long open world games with complicated skill trees and player progression models, WWZ provides a much needed simplified, fun and streamlined experience. There are several maps, scenarios and characters to experiment with. An absolute overlooked gem for just $40!

Fun game
If you go in comparing to left 4 dead you will either be pleasantly surprised, or somewhat disappointed. Personally I was pleasantly surprised. Difficulty can be adjusted to keep game challenging as you level. The specials in this game will mess your day up the same as l4d. That is to say concurrent attack’s that can end your game immediately. Don’t be that guy that wanders...
