I bought this book to complement The Lotus and The Lily. At first I was frustrated that it came so far into the program but then I started holding it to my heart and opening the page that came to me. The prompt was always just what I needed. Life is not neat and orderly in my world. Gifts come at unexpected times. I liked the journal. I mainly got it to go with the book as I worked through it the first time. It is going to be a yearly thing. Actually this year it is going to be twice because so many things have changed for me so quickly.If you are doing the work for the first time you will find it very helpful. (It still took me a second journal to work through the entire 30 day process so it was kind of start here finish there.)

I THOUGHT IT WOULD COINCIDE WITH THE BOOK IN A CHAPTER BY CHAPTER WAY. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT IT DID NOT. LOTS OF NICE QUOTES AND SUGGESTIONS THROUGHOUT BUT NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. I FEEL I COULD JUST HAVE PURCHASED AN ORDINARY NOTEBOOK INSTEAD.
