What a difference this thing makes! I’m waking up from my first night in it and I slept like a baby!!! It feels like I’m floating in the clouds. I have no back pain this morning. Usually when I wake up in the morning my whole body is sore and kinda stiff. Even down to my feet. With this, I was able to hop right out of bed with no aches or stiffness. This also seems to be high quality. It’s nice and thick and fluffy! Soft to the touch and very comfortable. 10/10

I wasn’t able to sleep in my bed because the mattress hurt me to lay on but since buying this, I stay comfortable all night. It has deep pockets so it fits well around the mattress and hasn’t come loose even once since I put it on. The fabric is buttery smooth and it feels like it will be durable as well. It also does not make you hot to sleep on it. It actually cool you down. I haven’t tried to wash it yet but I’m sure it will be just fine when I do and since it fits so well I will say I feel it protects my mattress.

Never received this package on 1/2... They said wait and it still didn't arrive by 1/5 the company was wonderful and reshipped a replacement which I received today. I have to say the product is plush and appears to be very good quality. I immediately placed it on my bed and laid on top of it it is so so comfortable. My only issue with this is that I thought it would be more natural quality. it is mostly polyester ...only the top side is 40% bamboo 60% polyester. The filling and the back side are 100% polyester. Seller was stellar in addressing my refund or replacement. I chose replacement..and I am glad I did....I can't wait to sleep tonight!

This was nice and soft. Pretty cool as in not hot and fit the bed well. Seem to be pretty good quality. Didn't have any problems installing it. I have no idea if it's waterproof but I ended up planning on returning this because I like something a little more firm rather than soft and plush, but I spilled nearly an entire cup of coffee on it and just had to eat the cost. It's it's nice though. If you like a plush feeling, go for it

I’m honestly so impressed with this bamboo mattress topper. It’s incredibly soft and fluffy, adding the perfect amount of cushion and comfort without feeling too thick or heavy. All I can say is OMGAWD!!! Thank You~!~!! We got a new mattress after the previous "The Cloud" Serta pillow top (I'll never have another one) lasted for less than 8 years and I totally despised not being able to flip it models failed.. The new model is also a hybrid mattress, but is flippable and was just a bit too firm. I was feeling progressively more and more uncomfortable as the nights wore on, and with my serious back problems.. this just wouldn't do.. So I began searching "Our Beloved Amazon - heh" for an alternative, and after quite some time and research finally landed on this wonderful topper. It's like sleeping on top of well stuffed Ida Down on top of piles of silk. So very comfortable and my back pain is virtually completely gone now -such a relief! Be sure you follow the instructions on care and initial setup. You Do have to let it fluff out because of the vacuum packing (it wasn't really heavy btw). Mine decompacted fine, but I still want to run it through the dryer when we next venture to the laundromat. Shake it a little here and there when you take it out and at least let it sit for a few hours. It was just as easy to put on the bed as a regular mattress protector, and I also put my regular protector on top of it for added security and waterproofing. The materials feel like they are of good quality.. Viscose is also called Rayon and can be made from a number of different materials, so take good care of it and follow the washing instructions carefully. Delicate only, and cool only, and use only a horizontal washer that does not have a central agitator or you will tear it up. Only dry on low temperatures (preferably in a very larger laundromat dryer so it has plenty of room to loosely toss about. Drying it in the sun is alright as well, but it won't fluff like you want it to. I recommend using a waterproof and bug proof protector on top of this just to be sure you take care of it properly. Now I want to buy one for both my Mother and my Aunt HAHAHHA! TG it is in my price range.. barely. (Addendum: I have run it through the big dryer at the laundromat.. The dryer was cold so I gave it a quick warm on medium for anout 2 minutes and then tumbled on low for quite some time. The topper was fully ready in about 25 minutes, but I decided to elt it go on low while I did the rest of my laundry. It did perfectly and is just like the manufacturer photos.. I was so tired when I arrived home that I just flaked out on top of everything.. It was so comfortable that I was out liek a light in very short order and slept beautifully. I can attest that if you use this below your sheets instead of covering it with an additional mattress protector, that it does have better cooling effect. I will of course keep my waterproof/bugproof protector on top just for safety. The cat is nutz about the new topper as well.) Namaste.

The quality of this topper is amazing. It was an immediate difference in how comfortable my bed is it fits perfectly for my queen and seems easy to wash. Its a great value. I do not however notice the cooling effect but that's not why I bought it, so for me its still a 5/5. Super comfortable and a great purchase.

This mattress topper definitely upgraded my bed! It’s super soft and adds a nice layer of cushion without feeling too thick or hot. I noticed a big difference in comfort right away, especially when sleeping on my side. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it needs a little time to fully fluff up, and you may need to adjust it occasionally so it stays in place. Once settled though, it provides great support and helps relieve pressure points. Overall, it’s a really good topper for the price — cozy, breathable, and a great choice if you want to refresh an older mattress without buying a new one. 😌🛏️✨

Very soft pillow topper. Cooling bamboo pad adds a layer of cooling comfort to the bed. The king fits true to size. Excellent for the price point.
