Cutting and sewing will be a breeze as Alpine will not fray like typical velvets. Easy Maintenance/ Cleaning Classic Velvet resists stains and makes for easy cleaning of spills, dirt, and marks. Most stains clean up with just water. The more difficult stains may require mild detergent and warm water (Scrub Gently). Classic Velvet is also machine washable.
