Awesome food for my little picky kitten.
My little kitten loves the stuff and she's a picky eater too. I just mixed it with the Royal canin dry food for kittens and she went to town.

Great product
It’s the only shot food my fur baby fully eats and enjoys. It’s very healthy and nutritious for kittens.

Affordable High Quality
My kitten LOVES this! He's not a fan of eating paté, so the finely sliced pieces in this are perfect for him. I'm not a fan in general of wet cat food, but I've learned it's important for hydration. This brand was recommended by his Vet, and I am very conscious to prevent common health issues, so I feel good giving him this a couple times a week.

Only thing my kitties will eat
I don’t know what it is but this is the only wet kitten food that my kittens will always eat. I’ve tried other brands and they’d somewhat try them but eventually just walk to the bowl and turn their noses up at it but not with this food.

A good food for older kittens, much better composition than the "loaf in sauce" version
We got introduced to the Royal Canin brand with my prior cat, who needed their single-source protein version to deal with some stomach sensitivity issues. Now we have a new kitten and we knew we'd be sticking with Royal Canin. Our choice was reinforced when I found the site catinfo.org, which has a great document listing all the major brands and their real nutritional breakdown (as opposed to the deliberately vague "guaranteed analysis" numbers on the labels); Royal Canin's kitten foods were among the best you could get and are in almost exactly the ideal ratio of protein / fat / carbs.Do note that this is one of TWO varieties of Royal Canin's "Kitten Instinctive" food; the other is called "Loaf in Sauce", and in my opinion that other variety is a much poorer option once you compare the ingredients. This "Thin Slices" version has chicken, chicken liver, and pork as the first three ingredients, with by-products and wheat not showing up until the fifth or sixth ingredient. In contrast, the "Loaf in Sauce" version starts right off with chicken by-products as its first ingredient, wheat not far behind, and actual chicken meat / organ meat isn't mentioned until much further down the list. This is doubly surprising because Royal Canin's first-stage kitten food (for kitties under 4 months) is ALSO called "Loaf in Sauce" and has the same ingredient set / priority as this "Thin Slices" second-stage food.So enough about the nutrition and ingredients. What matters in the end is whether kitty actually likes it or not. Well, my boy Kiba definitely loves this food. He eagerly waits for his bowl to be filled and dives right in once I set it down, even when it's the last serving from the can and still cold from the fridge. We'll definitely be sticking with this food (as well as RC's stage-2 kitten kibble; he's currently eating 1 can of the wet per day and about 3/8 cup of the kibble) until he's an adult and ready to transition to the next stage of food (although we may just keep him on this forever, given that the adult food skews more to carbs and has less protein and fat). And definitely buy here on Amazon; the flats they ship are nowhere near their expiration date, and the price is lower than I've found at Petco or other pet supply stores.

My Kitten lives this food.
I’m happy that I can buy this here. Where I live you can’t find it in any stores. I don’t have pet stores in my area.
