Geco Organic Turmeric (120 x 500mg Veg Capsules)

I fell over onto my knees a couple of years ago and have suffered with pain walking upstairs since. I started taking these 1 month ago and within a few days could walk upstairs normally, I’ll be honest I was astounded that I could. I now take 4 capsules daily with 2 capsules of turmeric from the same company. I also got my dad some and he says his knee pain isn’t as bad as it was (he’s on the waiting list for knee replacement). I do get an aftertaste of ginger but I’d rather have that than going back to walking upstairs in pain. If you’re unsure if they would work for you I really recommend trying them for a few weeks, it has literally changed my life and I no longer have to walk upstairs one step at a time right foot first.

I have decided to try taking turmeric medicinally to help my arthritis. I chose these particular capsules because they are organic, reasonably priced and free from lots of unpleasant additives. I have found them to be very good. They have a nice smooth casing and not too big, which makes them easy to swallow.After taking them for about a week, I noticed my finger nails were much stronger. After two weeks, I noticed my skin felt much softer and healthier. I no longer feel I need to be continually applying hand cream, and the souls of my feet are much softer. I conclude that this is an indication that they are helping the rest of my body.I've bought in bulk this time because my daughter now wants to use these after seeing the benefits I've had with them.

As expected, capsules containing pure cinnamon. Not much else can I say. Seem OK, whether cinnamon will help keep my blood sugar down, time will tell. Worth a try.

Thank goodness my Ginger capsules have,again, arrived on time. This is the second time I have ordered them and since I ran out two days ago, I cannot bear being without them. This may seem far too gushing praise but since discovering them I have sorted my long standing dependence on over the counter remedies for indigestion, reflux, stomach pain etc. They've worked absolutely brilliantly for me. I use their  Cinnamon  capsules to regulate my blood sugar and I also used their  Turmeric  until it started aggravating my heartburn, so I changed over to the ginger which is supposed to stop heartburn and indigestion, something it does in spades; I haven't had indigestion since I started taking it. A bit expensive though if you take more than one a day.

Five stars because: turmeric works for many things well, this one is organic and most importantly does NOT container black pepper which actually interferes with many of the benefits of this powerful spice.

My joints are definitely not as creaky or painful since I started taking these will definitely order again
