Complete rubbish
Doesn't work I tested Keto levels on a daily basis and it makes no impact. the only way to make an impact on Ketone levels in reduce carbs! I've tried and tested it

Lost nothing after 10days, using 2aday

They work for me!
I'm taking them, 2 a day and there does, seem to be a difference being made, obviously I'm avoiding bread n carbs but I'd been doing that before I started with these.
