This cereal is basically the reliable bestie of breakfast—fresh, sweet, crunchy, and not stale. The frosted wheat squares are coated just right, not too sweet, not too bland. But here’s the catch…The second milk hits the bowl, you’re on the clock. You’ve got maybe 90 seconds before these little squares go from crunchy perfection to soggy sadness. If you’re a slow eater or like scrolling your phone while you eat, forget it. These things will betray you fast.The size of the box is fair, the price is reasonable ($4.39)

Very pleasant cereal.
It's a popular cereal. It's a lot like life cereal or things like that. Tastes nice and it has a pleasant texture for being eaten with milk. It's really good with fresh fruit.

Quality issues but still nice
Really good flavor. Softened in milk well. Only issue is there are A LOT of broken pieces or doubles where they are stuck together. Sometimes even triples. But these aren't as sugary as name brands so I still recommend them

Must be healthy! It's only whole wheat and tocopherols!
I feel guilt free eating this cereal as breakfast or a snack! It might taste like cardboard, but it's only whole wheat and mixed tocopherols! I love that there are no added sugars, which is why I don't care that it tastes like cardboard. It tastes exactly as I expected it would! And those tocopherols!!! Yum! (No clue what a tocopherol is...)

While being vegan for years, I assumed I just had to give up one of my favorite treat cereals forever. Finding out about these was a complete game changer and perfectly satisfies my desire for a frosted wheat cereal without gelatin!

Not as good as the real thing
This cereal is just pretty good, but not as good as the real thing. It taste all right, it’s just not sweet enough and it gets soggy really fast!

Relatively healthy, good value
I was glad to find these, as I have been looking for something like this for a long time on Amazon Fresh. Low sugar, decent, fiber, simple, wheat cereal. Just what I wanted.
