My appetite has almost completely suppressed after day four, x2 tabs daily. Im eating to make sure I have fuel but Its only a small quantity compared to what I’m used to. This product is great. Started a week ago along with the keto diet and lost 10lbs in my first week. I have always been a snacker but with these i m feeling full up so dont snack.

Do not buy this product. It doesn’t work. It has been falsely marketed as being used & endorsed by Holly Willoughby who claims she has had nothing to do with them.As good as throwing away £50😡

Had to stop taking due to stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea

I'd been dieting for 4 weeks cutting carbs and not snacking. I was doing well with 2 lbs loss a week. As I have a holiday coming up I wanted to try something to increase it without cutting down on more food as I was only eating 1000 calories a day anyway and with a 3 yr old I couldn't increase my exercise. I have always walked 1 to 2 hours a day with my dog anyway. As I had cut carbs down I thought this might help...and I was disappointed. Today is Wednesday and I have lost 5lbs since last Friday (in 5 days). I only started taking them a week ago. I am a believer in the placebo effect but whether it's that or these actually work i dont know. I definitely have less of an appetite. It's worth a go. They are pricey but if yr cutting carbs and eating sensibly then these could be for you too. I'm ordering a second bottle now :-)
