Extremely Grand Chandelier
Better than expected. The price is much cheaper than what can be found at lighting stores. After visiting many shops, we decided to browse Amazon to see if they had anything similar. This light was exactly the same as the ones we had seen in person, but for less than half the price of what everyone else wanted.Shipment arrived safely and well packaged. The instructions were a bit confusing at first, but were not difficult to follow. Basically, start with crystal number one and work your way upwards. Hang from the center and spiral out with each increasing number.The chandeliers we installed (we ordered two) had acrylic crystals. They were not made of crystal or glass. Dropped one while hanging it and it did not break. It does come with a spare crystal just in case something does happen.Overall, a very grand and stylish chandelier which everyone compliments on. And when we tell them they were under $100 each, they can't believe it.

Beautiful Chandelier
Our Chandelier was a bit to "grey", so I painted it a brushed bronze, and it turned out great.Pros: It's really pretty. Simple install instructions, easy to install, but time-consuming with the crystal. Thoughtful tools such as gloves to keep fingerprints off of the crystal when installing. We put 60watt equivalent LEDs, and it's very bright. We also put it on a dimmer, and it works perfectly, I highly recommend a dimmer.Cons: Some of the risers are not welded straight. It's subtle but the build quality seems rushed. The original paint had a couple spots missing, the quality process seems lacking. Having said that, the quality overall is very good. It takes a LONG time to look the crystal on to the metal frame. I would highly suggest a different mechanism to attach them.

The metal circles are small key rings. Figure out the dir to start the circle and do that everytime.
AWESOME chandelier for the piece! The beauty is equal to photos shown. Time consuming to install Crystals... Top row is most difficult but the end look is worth it all... Crystal install was over 2 hrs (if DIY like me) so do not try to do this quickly ... It's not rocket science hard but the top row will make you think...

Gorgeous Chandelier
For the price, this chandelier is a bargain. It is absolutely beautiful and the customer service was a 10. I was missing a few crystals they were shipped to me right away.

Missing pieces/ good looking overall
Missing pieces, don’t want to start a return as it is already mounted. I need the missing crystals. 4 (a) pieces and 4(b) pieces. Everything looks nice otherwise.

Missing parts, broken crystals
Received light and the packaging appeared have been already opened. Major part missing and a couple of the raindrops were broken.
