Great layering piece for Halloween
I purchased this as a layering piece to go under my daughters halloween costume. I knew she wouldn't want to wear a coat over her mermaid costume and this worked out perfectly! The fit was comfortable with a little room to grown into. She is a tall, slender 3 yr old at about 42 inches, 36 lbs. I purchased the XS.
