Japanese Kiseru(pipe) rotukaku wakou dark brown nikel Rksr-rkwkbkn 20cm(7"8/7inch)

Firstly, I have nothing to say about its appearance. It looks great and I really like it. But it has obvious glue overflow at the positions of the front and back Koguchi. Secondly, there are obvious cracks at the edges of Suikuchi, which makes me very concerned. And its suction sensation always makes me feel very uncomfortable, I mean without putting any tobacco.

Screen slipped soon after received; a major clog ensued. 12" pipe ckeaners and a pressure spray of alcohol couldn't clean it. Had to order some 2MM wire to clear it, but think one of the joins is loose, the drag is off. I have the one-piece, shorter brass version, which I've been able to maintain nicely with ordinary pipe cleaners. It seems to be breaking in now, think some of the joins are sealing with tar, but the draw STILL feels restricted. Very disappointed given the price.

This pipe is nicely crafted and although I consider it tobe on the pricy side, it perfectly fits my style so the extra20-30 bucks was well worth it compared with the other choiceson Amazon without having to break $100.Its nickle plated, not solid nickle like I hoped, and thecenter wood piece is a dark brown, not black. I clarify becausethe picture is not very detailed.All things aside I like this pipe so much that I recently ordered a secondone to have in case I ever lose/break it.
