It's a bird...it's a plane...it's...A BALL!!!
I purchased this ball from Amazon about 8 months ago. I'm 5'9 and weigh about 160 pounds. It comes with a plastic foot pump. Use common sense and the pump is great. I took my shoes off to pump it up and got tired of that, then got down on my knees and used my hand. Either way works. But I think your shoes might cause the pump to crack (it's made of plastic). I mean...it's a free pump to help inflate your ball not put air in the tires of your bike.I planned to take it to my office to help relieve tension in my lower back from sitting in a chair for 12 hours. It's mid thigh high with the amount of air I have in it. It can be inflated according to your preference. I was able to write my name on the ball using a sharpee on the maxfitness logo located on the ball. Although it is the ONLY black fitness ball in my office. Shortly after I brought this ball into work, different exercise balls started to pop up all over the place. I've sat on others and generally they all feel the same although most people in my office made the mistake of purchasing smaller balls from local stores thinking they'd be just as big as this ball. WRONG! Amazon = Awesomeness. My colleagues use my ball when I'm not in and they are larger than I am. My co-worker stands 6'4 and weighs 265 easy. It has no problem supporting their different heights and weights although admittedly I do get annoyed when I see them sitting on MY ball and cringe at the thought it bursting and sending someone falling to the ground. But...sadly my office is rather boring and stuff like this doesn't happen. The ball has withstood daily use for HOURS upon hours of sitting. The ball is constructed of quality material. I don't anticipate this ball bursting EVER. I've sat on this thing for every 12 hour shift since I rolled it into the office. This translates to 1152 hours...and that's just me! I've also used it on my lunch hour to do basic stretches and work outs. Great for hyperextending your back. Great support. I don't ever really think that my ball is going to burst or I'd have a pretty hard time sitting on it. I've notice a change in my core as you tend to lean forward and sit up putting weight on your legs and relieving pressure on your lower back.I also own the TKO ball ( TKO Fitness Ball ) and although they are both quality balls this Max Fitness ball does give a little more and as a "chair" in the office feels slightly more comfortable. The material is more flexible and has a shiny appearance to it as compared with the dull more dense material that the TKO ball is composed of. To be fair the TKO ball is advertised as an anti-burst ball and comes with a workout chart and hand pump (which I don't like). But I have logged more hours on my Max Fitness ball and use the TKO ball for workouts at home and to throw at my 9 year old when he's not looking. They are the only two brands I could find on Amazon offering black colored excercise balls. Either way you can't go wrong if you're in the market for a 75cm BLACK colored ball.Bottom Line:Decent price. Nice color (black). Not a bad price for a chair/workout device. It comes with a foot pump which is better than the cheesy hand pumps. Pump it up. Let it sit for a day and expand. Then inflate to your preference.5 stars all the way.

Add Some Bounce To Your Desk Job
Sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day leaves little room for exercise. I enjoy my job but sitting at my desk all day long left me stiff and unsatisfied. I was very happy when my work decided to allow stability balls as an option in place of a desk chair. I looked into a lot of reviews about these balls used specifically as a chair. The 75cm seemed to be the most liked size as a chair. This brand seemed sturdy, reasonably priced, and included a little foot pump.My order arrived reasonably quickly and was exactly as described. The ball is a black metallic color with a thick surface. I am 150 lbs and this ball holds me up well. The foot pump appeared very cheap at first, not that I was surprised; however, it turned out to be quite the god send. I used an electric pump originally to save some time. The electric pump was only able to pump a decent amount of air into the ball, not to the desired amount. I used the foot pump to pump the rest. It's air tight and requires little effort unless you pump the whole ball with this. Honestly though, if you're purchasing this ball for exercise purposes, the foot pump is a good way to get a little extra muscle work done.I have only been using this ball for a few days at work. It took me a few hours originally to get used to the lack of a backrest. The ball requires a joint effort between your core and thighs to balance you throughout the day. In other reviews, a lot of people started using the ball gradually for a few hours a day, however, I jumped right in and kicked my chair to the curb. It has been a great help to my posture and balance. Though it has only been a few days, my hips and lower back have become a little sore. If you're experiencing this, don't worry! The pain is good! It's just the muscles getting used to working.I am very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to others searching for an exercise ball as a chair or for exercise. (It may be a little too large for anyone under 6 feet if being used as exercise ball alone.)
