Tastes good.Not sure if it's that healthy as feels flavours are addictive (not sure if sugar etc added for enhanced flavour)Also average on value for money.Overall okay but need locally made healthy options to be available. Taste wise it's pretty good if you like a bit of spice.

Pumpkin seed is very good for men’s prostrate health and the seed in its raw form is very healthy . These are coated and roasted seeds so they are probably not as nutritious as the uncooked pumpkin seeds but they are super tasty and crunchy .
