These work.
My cholesterol was 6.5 last November and the practice nurse wanted to put me on statins. I persuaded her to let me try to lower it myself so I bought these. I took 2 a day and boosted my diet with cholesterol lowering food (oats, nuts, oily fish etc.) and 3 months later it was down to 5.4, so no statins! I will definitely carry on with these.

Would be NO stars if it were possible
These tablets are the original 'Horse Pills'. I am an 80 year old and nearly choked trying to swallow the first tablet, I then tried to cut one in half which I did using a knife and a small hammer. This left me with two pieces with sharp edges, so hard it was like a piece chipped from a house brick which was sharp and very sore to swallow. I have now wasted my money and have to look for another suppler who sells a product for humans to take safely.

Not impressed
I took three of these every day for about 6 weeks - had my cholesterol tested and it had gone up since the last test. Maybe I didn't take them for long enough, but have abandoned this supplement.
