Very good mat for the priceOverall it does what it is supposed to do. I would recommend getting it a little wet if you are not doing hot yoga. However, if you are like me, within minutes of walking into hot yoga/pilaties I am sweating like a pig in Hawaii, so mine stays still with sweat.I also use this for hot pilaties so it works with slow flow to fast pace cardio.

Towel is a little stinky (smells like plastic/gasoline) I'm waiting for that to go away but otherwise this towel is fine. It performs as it should and does not slip. Others have complained that the little non slip grippers hurt their hands and knees and I have no idea how that is possible. You can feel the little flowers bumps but it's kind of a nice massage feeling. It's subtle. Even if you laid the towel on concrete without a mat and did naked yoga I can't see how the grippers could be painful. People are weird.

Price and quality are well made of. I have found that the grippy dots are amazing and I really don’t slide on the mat. The grooves underneath are very sturdy and don't slide on the mat. It also comes with a net bag easy to carry around.

Used this yoga towel for several weeks. It’s super suitable for slippery yoga mats! The towel can easily put on the mat and seems stick on the mat every single time! Totally happy with this purchase!

This does not stay on the mat or keep you on it. I'm still slipping all over and the fabric smells awful!

I took this to my yoga studio and tried it out. Non-slippery and it didn't stain my hands. I'd give it a 5-stars for now.
