This zaatar is exactly as advertised, delicious tangy zaatar. I tried a similar brand and I really didn't like it but I knew there was a good mix out there and this is it. Herbal tangy flavor, great with olive oil.

This is a perfect seasoning for pan roasted meals. Little potatoes, artichoke hearts, olive oil and a liberal dose of this zaatar is just amazing.

It’s not an over bearing seasoning. More like a mild Greek. My daughter enjoys it too!

Came back from Jordan with this spice and couldn’t find it locally. This is slightly different, many countries have their own twist to the spice mix, but it’s very good. Have ordered more than once.

Excellent! I just made Iraqi zaatar flat bread. I toasted some pine nuts to add to it, and it was perfection. The spices are fresh, and full of flavor. Just enough sour, just enough salt, and perfectly herbed. You can mix a spoonful with a spoonful of olive oil, let the oil soften it a bit, then spread it generously onto bread. You can put the bread in the oven and toast it onto it if you’d like, too.

I found it tasteless. Not fresh.

I’ve tried a few brands, with and without sumac and this one is the best by far! A lot of others use lower quality ingredients or fillers and taste a lot different (not in a good way) this one is by far the best.

I know what real zaatar taste is I grew up eating it since, it doesn't taste like it instead you get the taste of salt and strong lemon in addition you feel like you are chewing some hard ingredients like sands. I don't recommend it and it is also over priced. I wish if I can return it

I haven't tried the spice mix yet... I just got it a few minutes ago, so this is to clarify what you get.The description says that you get 2 items, but only 1 is in the package.On the other hand, it says 16 ounces, and that's what you receive, so I was expecting 2 large bottles, but only got 1, but I got the correct amount... the listing is confusing, but I think the quantity is correct(?)!

It adds a pleasant taste with a hint of lemon. It adds nice flavour to green beans and other stir fried vegetables.

Une collègue m'a parlé de cet épice...on a commandé car c'était un pack de 2 mais on en a reçu juste 1...j'ai écrit au vendeur et on a été remboursé...la bouteille qu'on a reçu est grosse par contre
