Great service and product.
I ordered the wrong size and didn't realize it until the day after I ordered it. I contacted the company a 's later. It was boxed and on the loading dock when they got my message. They grabbed it off the losing dock and switched it for me. That was my first impression of the company.The gaff itself seems great so far. It is my first gaff. It keeps things in place just like I expected. Considering its purpose, it is very comfortable.A note to "caster of shadows" A gaff goes under the panties, not over them. That is your problem. Put it on and he things tucked. Then put your panties on.

Aweful in every aspect!
I am a trans-woman and not a transgender man. It took a lot of pride swallowing just to put this aweful product in my shopping cart. The appropriate way to refer to individuals who may purchase this product is: Transgender women and Crossdressing men.I tried it on over the undies I normally wear and was super uncomfortable!!! There is a stiff material like Tyvek or something used in the crotch area to "smooth" the bumps, but it feels weird and can make crumpling noises if you move around (like I do, in my work at a warehouse, which I have been "out" for over a year). The width of the gaff is too narrow both around the waist band which really digs in and in the inbetween place (chaffing!!!)I highly recommend Life by Jockey mens bikini briefs. They are hard to find, try their Life online store or some random Walmarts may have them. Purchase one size smaller than you typically wear. They have no room in the front, unlike most men's undies they have no gusset. The reviews typically say they are way too tight in the front (cis-gendered men). I usually wear something cute over that just to add a little extra smoothing action.
