As the headline suggests, do not take the negative reviews sam seriously, or at the very least, give Golden Claw a chance. First, let me prefice this review by stating I paid full price for my chair, and did not receive compensation in any way from Golden Claw or their affiliates. I purchased this chair, regardless of the lack of reviews and negative reviews, simply at the chance this chair would be what I was looking for at the right price. I was desperate to find a reasonably priced chair that was black and gold. Let me tell me there are none other than this chair. I'm a die hard Saints fan and the colors were very important to me. Here are the pros and cons and I see them after assembly and a day sitting in it.Pros:1) looks and functions exactly as the pictures2) the colors and logo are phenomenal3) the assembly was easy (despite the reviews talking about the instructions, they are plenty explanatory if you have 3 brain cells to rub together) and everything needed to assemble the chair was provided (tools and screws, even an extra screw incase you lose one)4) the chair is comfortable and leans back quite a bit even without using the car type adjustment to lean it back further.5) the pillows are nice and can be placed basically anywhere in the lower back for lumbar support and neck/head comfort. One thing I changed was the position of the neck pillow as I didn't want it behind my head, so I strapped it around the top portion of the racing back so that it would be behind my head.6) Price: let's be honest, you will not find a better chair for $100, periodCons:1) the PU leather is nice, but don't expect some supple Napa leather, that's not what you paid for.2) I'm 6' and little bigger and this chair is just about perfect for my size. If you are super tall or big, this might not be the chair for you. Especially the lumps on the left and right where your legs are tucked in. I have bigger legs and these are probably the least comfortable part of the chair, but most normal sized people will not experience this.3) there is no 3, just felt obligated to put a 3 here since there was a 2, just buy the chair!

I like how it tilts back and comes with pillows. I don’t like the fact that it arrived broken.

This chair had some bad reviews but I decided to buy it anyways to save a little money and in my opinion none of the bad reviews are warranted. The material isn't high grade or really amazing quality but its soft to the touch and is just fine. There is plenty of cushioning and support with the pillows. The arm rest adjust every was possible inwards and out, up and down, 45 degree angle to the right or left, and forward or back. It looks great and the gold is a nice touch. It was easy to put together and took me about 10 minutes if you have an extra hand it would go much quicker. I think this is an amazing chair!

This chair is easy to assemble, I was able to do most of the assembly by myself but there were a few times where I needed someone to help just hold something in place or hold the chair from rolling away from me.I also like how affordable this chair is and how comfortable it is.

Chair back came with the screw holes almost completely covered by the PU and inaccessible, and with an inch gash through the leather on the bottom. The packaging wasn't damaged, this happened during manufacturing. The assembly instructions are just 6 images - no actual instructions. Also, the PU is VERY THIN, and feels cheap. Chair is comfortable otherwise. Sending this back immediately for a refund, there are much better chairs out there for this price.

Part of the chair was broken and trying to find the manufacturer to replace the part seems impossible

The quality is great for the price and it was super easy to assemble. The arms have a few buttons (options for comfort), and one of them came broken on ours (I think in shipping). I emailed them, and they sent a new arm rest right away! I just thought it was so nice and easy in this day and age where some companies can be so difficult when it comes to stuff like that. My son absolutely loves his chair. Thank you for the great customer service!!!!
