Great little pot!
Great little pot! Handle doesn't get hot when heated on a small element; justdon'tposition the Handle over the element. Pouring is a dream - not a drip or sloppy pour. Nice heavy weight. Can easily be used to heat milk and froth with Emerson blender or frother.

A handsome, sturdy, and practical saucepan
I have been impressed by the quality of this saucepan, especially since it is a brand that was completely new to me. It's made of heavy-gauge stainless steel with a thick bottom disk that should work very well on all ranges (including induction, as it shows strong magnetic attraction). It has a 1.5-liter capacity with measuring lines of 0.5L, 1.0L, and 1.5L clearly marked on the inside of the saucepan; the inner dimensions are 5.5" in diameter with a 5" depth; the base resting on the stove has a diameter of 5", so you'll want to use it on a smaller burner. It is finished beautifully inside and out. It has a simply-formed but effective spout that pours accurately without dripping. The saucepan and lid handles are attached securely with substantial rivets. Both handles are smoothly polished with no sharp edges so they're comfortable to grasp and stay cool to the touch. The glass lid has a 1" stainless steel flange extending downward from the rim, which is perforated on one side with 1/16" straining holes and on the opposite side with 3/16" straining holes. The lid isn't vented, but the slight gap at the pour spout (as well as ample space between the flange of the lid and the body of the saucepan) should prevent the build-up of excess steam. However, since the lid isn't a tight fit you'll want to hold onto it with your free hand when you're draining the saucepan through the lid's straining holes. I think this kettle should last a long time, and I'm very pleased with its looks, design, build, and performance.

These simplified my cooking
I am single and like to cook, but tired of having to use so many pots and pans because just cooking for myself caused different quantities of mostly liquids in my favorite recipes. This in turn caused a wider variety of pot and pan sizes. I discovered induction cooking but quickly found that most of my pots and pans wouldn't work with it, so I have slowly been replacing the stuff that doesn't work with stainless steel. These pots are not only strong and sturdy, heat up very quickly, and are tall and deep, they also have measurements on the inside that you fill to without having to use measuring cups. The strainer lids let me cook pasta and strain them without having to use something else to strain out the water, broth, or whatever other I cooked the pasta in.I purchased 2 of these at the same time and have been very happy with them, especially since I don't have nearly as many boil-over episodes as the shallower but bigger around pots I used to use. I can really recommend these to anyone since they are stainless steel and work on any type of stovetop but really shine (pun intended) when it comes to induction cooking.

Great saucepan but the handle does get hot!
Pros:- Great design - spout is ideal for pouring even in small milk bottles, sauce pan looks great- milk doesn’t stick to the bottom- handle design is clean- transparent top cover with the option to strain- capacity is great to pour an entire milk carton so extra space in refrigeratorCons:- the handle does get hot so as long as you don’t care much about it, this seems like a good purchase

Perfect as our teapot
We really like this little saucepan for what we needed. We use it to heat water for tea. For us it was perfect. It works on our induction range. It has volume markings inside to easily see how much water to use. We use water from our refrigerator filter spout for tea, because it is well filtered instead of our faucet water, and the little saucepan fits easily under the refrigerator spout. I had considered just getting a traditional range-top teapot, but it wouldn't fit easily under the refrigerator spout. Before getting this saucepan, we used the microwave to heat the water for tea. It was taking about 3 1/2 minutes to heat our two mugs of water. Now with this saucepan, and using the awesomeness of induction heating, we get hot-easily boiling hot water in about 1 1/4 minutes. With our induction range, it heats so fast we have to stand there and watch it to keep from just over-heating the water. The saucepan is a good weight, has great finish, comfortable handle to use for pouring. We love it.
