Update: March 2021: They have modified the adhesive and sooo much better! They are the same price as the old ones so remember to choose the new ones I’ve been a mouth breather for years and thought there was nothing that could be done , I started using these and I can not believe how good they are! I know longer wake with sore throat and my nose is clear, more importantly me and my partner are getting a full nights sleep.When i first used these I was scared to fully tape my lips fully shut because I know that I wake with a blocked nasal passage but had read the blocked nose was caused by the mouth breathing. When I taped the fully closed I woke with a clear nose for the first time in years so recommended following the instructions.I also thought that a cheap plaster/bandaid would be a good alternative. It wasn’t. This has a stronger glue and is designed in a way that it is perfect for keeping lips fully shut, there is also a special piece in the middle that is not sticky. I have tried 3 different alternative but this one is the only one that works effectively

Used these for years (Extra Strength), but following a recent design change, the product is now completely worthless. The tape has no stick and will come off an hour into the night, after barely staying on in the first place. Please can the company let me know if this is rectified.

This product is really effective and has markedly improved my quality of sleep. Mouth breathing is reduced to zero and it works every time. Just remember to purse your lips tightly before applying the tape. Only drag is that the adhesive is very strong and is difficult to remove in the morning.

I’ve been using these for months now and the benefits are clear - I sleep better, sleep deeper, the shape of my face has changed, double chin gone etc. BUT the last couple of packets I’ve had, the adhesive is not as strong. I find them coming off in the night. Initially when I first started using them, months ago, the adhesive was very strong. I don’t know why they’ve messed with this, but if it doesn’t change then I’ll be cancelling my subscription and looking at other brands. Really disappointed as these were 10/10!

I used it snore, breathe noisily through my mouth, and of course wake up with a dry mouth. I’ve read quite a lot about the importance of breathing through the nose, and decided to give these a try. It took a few days to find a comfortable and effective position for the plaster, and in the first week I woke up in the night a couple of times, took off the plaster and went back to sleep. But, once over that phase, I’m comfortable with the plaster on, sleep very peacefully, and have a wonderfully clear nose throughout the day. I’d highly recommend these for anyone who snores or breathes through their mouth when asleep.

Arrived quickly, used for almost a year. They fit well however there's less than 30 in a box so it's not even a 1 month supply and expensive. It's also a very mixed bag in each box as half the box will stick well and half of them don't. It's the same in every box and for what they are, they should be cheaper.Edited: 19/3/24. Used another brand for several months which were alot cheaper and better. Ordered this thinking maybe I just got a bad batch but definitely not worth it.They don't stick at all and there is less than 1 months supply in the box and they are expensive. Don't bother.

I used this stripe with my nasal CPAP mask for sleep apnoea treatment. It is adhesive enough but too small for my mouth. Air leak through the gap and doesn't improve my sleep. I find 3M durapore surgical tape 5cm x 9.1 cm is much effective and cheaper.

We tried many brands but this one so far is the best option.

Die Mundpflaster waren bis vor kurzem sehr gut, sind aber jetzt nur noch halb so groß und deswegen nicht mehr wirksam! Sehr Schade!

El producto es excelente para mí, resolvió mi problema. Me despertava con la garganta seca por dormir con la boca entreabierta, incluso me dolía la garganta después de despertarme, durante unas horas. Fue genial, el adhesivo se adhiere bien, pero no es un pegamento muy fuerte que daña la piel. Mi piel no se molesta con él.

De pleister krijg je eenvoudig van het beschermfolie maar dan zit er ook folie over het zacht (?)gedeelte wat over je lippen zit. Die is er met geen mogelijkheid vanaf te krijgen. 1 nacht geprobeerd met folie. De pleister zit prima en werkt ook. Maar halverwege de nacht wel afgedaan vanwege zweterig gevoel.

Good Buy for usefull

Avendo la pelle molto delicata temevo che l'adesivo mi irritasse invece tiene molto bene e non rovina la pelle quando si stacca. Dormo molto meglio senza risvegli per la bocca secca. Consigliato.
