I love how easy this is to use on our newborn! No more making her upset when checking her temp in the armpit.However, it is not intuitive on how to change from forehead mode to ear mode. I had to read the directions a few times and watch a YouTube video in how to switch between modes.Other than that, great product.

Trying to switch it over to Fahrenheit from Celsius was the only problem that I had and once I figured that out I have had no other issues just make sure you keep your manual

I tried to use this on my grandson and couldn't get a straight temp - I wish someone would make a youtube video on how to use this specific thermometer. I ended up buying a regular one.

We could not figure out how to use this! The instructions weren't clear at all, they made no sense, and it had radically different temps every time I used it when we were testing it out. Even my gadget guy of a husband couldn't figure it out. Bought a different one.

Bought this a few months ago, and thought it was good until only 4 months after purchase (when covid 19 is a big deal) and it read my husband’s temperature at 108, and mine as 107. feeling healthy, we were concerned, but confused! We used a family member’s thermometers to ensure we were both about 98 degrees and healthy! I can’t imagine the panic that would go with that kind of inaccuracy if Id been taking my baby’s temperature!

Thermometer I not easy to use, I want to send it back.

This is a simple and easy thermometer. The feature to store temperatures is a good feature to use.

Product keeps reverting to Celsius and is hard to change. It makes it a hassle to use.
