Quite tasty, but make sure you shake it up really well. I have a shaker cup (plastic cup with a wire ball inside to fully shake and thicken powered drinks) This helps a lot. It has a great chocolate taste, It's not hersheys, but still good. Full of vitamins and minerals and it helps hold off hunger for a few hours. Tastes better in the freezer.

Taste is really good, nice and chocolatey. I liked the taste better than the Carnation brand. However, it does take more effort to get the powder to mix up than the Carnation brand. I do like that it is all natural and as I said the taste is good.

I mix my instant breakfast with coconut or almond milk depending on how i'm feeling that day and it's a decent pick me up, though I do prefer the Acai Blueberry over the Chocolate because it has some kind of a synthetic vitamin aftertaste.

These are delicious, but the company ran out and could ship any more. Instead I started drinking Ensure - easy to pop the lid and drink.

Sometimes I use the power in just milk and sometimes I add it to my oatmeal instead of fruit. It very good.

My favorite breakfast replacement. Tastes amazing!!
