Candy was fresh with great spearmint flavor.

Certainly are fresh. And nice big bag for the $. But there is something about them, that's leaving an 'aftertaste'. Almost like 'diet' products.

Well, I ordered these in March and finally opened the package in September and believe me, I was so surprised at the freshness and quality. No hard, chewy gummies, but soft and delicious. I will definitely reorder!

I’ve never had bad spearmint leaves before. I usually buy another brand offering the 5-lb bag on Amazon and those were awesome. So good, just a lot of candy.I didn’t want a full 5 pounds this time so took a chance on this brand for a 2-lb bag.Unfortunately, we had to throw these spearmint leaves away. Some are overly minty, some are fruity. It tasted like the equipment might not have been cleaned between fruity and minty batches and that they used an inordinate amount of whatever flavor was going into the batch. It was overly flavorful but not in a good way.Not sure what happened here but wanted to flag.

Perfect product not too sweet very fresh

I'm a fan of spearmint-flavored candy in many forms, so I like having some on hand and went for this large batch because of the price and, unfortunately, getting a little duped by the gourmet allure of the packaging. One or two can be fine at first, but go for more and you'll find an unpleasant aftertaste lingering.
