This fleur de sel hails from the salt marshes of Guérande, on the south coast of Brittany. Its snowy white crystals are highly prized by chefs; some say it has a faint taste of violet. It is harvested in the traditional manner (by hand, with a rake, in the late afternoon, when the weather conditions are just right) and contain no additives. 75 g or 2.6 oz.
