When I bought this product, it was well packaged. What I did first, I add only cold water with this turmeric powder and mixed it very well then applied to my face. TRUST ME you will feel that your skin is burning. It can be any area of your skin. This is the bad thing of this product or you can say, this is the worst way to applied the product. 🤣 Another thing is if you skip one day and apply this next day, you might don't see any changes;however, if u don't apply this a week, your skin looks like rough skin. The good thing about this turmeric is that if u apply this in a week 3 to 4 days only at night, your skin will look very pretty and fresh. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T APPLY THIS IN A DAY TIME, ONLY USE AT NIGHT. Another thing that I found it very helpful which may help you to prevent burn, is to add alo vera gel with this turmeric powder. U can use water or cold milk with that too. U don't need too much turmeric powder, just a small amount will be perfect. I think every product has side effect, but this product will work better if u are following my direction. 😊
