I own 5 of these!
Very easy to assemble if you pay attention to directions! The beds that I own are PVC so the pipes and corners are not chewproof. If you have a puppy or an adult that is a chewer, you might consider ordering the aluminum one. If not...replacement corners can be purchased. The fabric/vinyl part has been 100% chewproof, as the dog can't get a grip on the fabric to start shredding it. These beds will hold water if rained on; the canvas style has a very tight weave so water doesn't drain quickly. The vinyl one, obviously, won't drain. They dry VERY quickly once standing water has been removed. I used Summerwind beds for 30+ years before discovering Kuranda. Will never go back! Kuranda beds are higher quality material, easier to put together and have a nice insert on the feet that keep bed from sliding on pavers. I highly recommend this product.

Great for strong chewers
Bought this for my German Shepherd pup who was chewing thru everything. This bed frame is metal, so it is still standing. She tried to chew it, but was unsuccessful. I highly recommend this dog bed.

Great dog bed for my puppy!
My Tervuren puppy adores this bed, and he's not able to destroy it like a soft dog bed. He puts himself onto it at night so I know he finds it comfortable and I believe feels secure since it is raised. He does try to chew the corners sporadically but so far has not been able to damage it with sharp puppy teeth. Any other type of bed has become a chew toy in minutes! I'd recommend this bed. He's outgrowing it rapidly so I'm looking at a larger size.

Noisy
The bed is great. We have an aluminum frame and now this one. This one makes a creaking every time my 35lb dog is on it. I think it is more the vinyl. Which gets annoying when he decides to reposition himself at 2am. I'd give it more stars but the creaking does get old. I bought a knock off sherpa pad for warmth. It's been a few months and it's used every day. I was hoping it would break in eventually but no luck yet.

Dogs won't go on it, sturdy but traps heat without slits or a netted mesh for doggy skin and fur to "breath", then you trade off the sturdiness.. so I give up

False ad, not heavy duty vinyl!
Advertised as Zhesvy Duty Vinal but that is not what I received. I got the weakest one vinyl weave but product description described heavy duty vinyl like ad. False advertising bait and switch. I will order direct through kuranda from now on. Otherwise AWESOME BED, we own 7 easy to replace parts if chewed or broken and I’m slowly switching out to the all metal with heavy duty vinyl fabric

So worth the money
I have purchased so many beds and this is the only dog bed that has lasted. I have German Pinschers and they shred every toy dog bed ever purchased . It took me a while to spend $$ but so worth the money. My dogs love this bed.

Missing parts! Cannot put it together!
Received item, and it’s missing all screws, nuts and legs caps - cannot put it together! Not happy!
