2LB Premium Raw Organic Cacao Nibs, Rich Dark Chocolate Taste - Healthy Chocolate Chip Substitute, 60-Day

I LOVE dark chocolate. I LOVE bitter taste. Shoot I happily eat unsweetened baking chocolate before any milk chocolate. So this is a great product for me. The nibs are a little bit hard but they have that nice bitter chocolate taste. I give it only four stars because I think that people who think that they love chocolate will be greatly disappointed by the flavor and texture if they are looking for silky smooth sweet chocolate.

Not a fan of the Cacao Nibs. I've tried the cacao powder by Joy Fun and it's amazing, especially when served hot. Unfortunately, these nibs aren't that tasty. It's not easy to chop them up and they have a strange aroma that isn't appetizing at all. I tried microwaving them, hoping to melt them enough where I'd be able to mix and drink them like the cacao powder with no luck. After 2 minutes in the microwave they still wouldn't melt... just got warm. One thing I will say is that they are very crunchy (even when warm) and that means they might go well in a granola type cereal.

I recently tried this company because of the 2lb package. I was blow away by how much better this is than the Cacaco Nibs I have been trying. Upon opening the bag there is a wonderful fresh smell of chocolate. The nibs are large and have a good deep brown color. I find that a table spoon full of these nibs is heavier( 13-14 grams compared to 11-12) than the several different brands I have used. I eat nibs most mornings on my 'cereal.' These nibs are a welcome addition to the morning boast of grains and hemp milk. The 2lb makes sense for a daily user like myself.

I haven't used these yet but I tasted them and get very little chocolate taste. I can't see how they would enhance anything you add them to.

good seller and product arrived quickly. The 2 stars are only due to the taste. May be good for cooking, but definitely not if you're looking for a chocolate treat. I'm finding those need to be 85% cacao or less for me to enjoy.

So far I am very pleased with the quality of Joyfuel Cacao Nibs! I have tried other brands and this product has less of a bitter taste than others. It also was important to me to stay with a Cacao Nibs product that offered high fiber in an individual serving as not all of them do but Joyfuel does. Great value for a 2lb package of this quality . Thank you !

They taste fine . . . but I've eaten less than an ounce and have bitten into 2 shells so far. I cannot tell by looking at them what is shell and what isn't.

I believe this product does give me a little energy boost and clears my head. It needs to do something good for you because it does not taste good.
