Pedal threads are different from left side and right side. L / R signs are marked on the spindle of the each pedal, make sure they are assembled on the right side .Thread both pedals into the crank arms as far as you can by hand. Liked enough, bought spouse a Eurobike
Short review, I have been happy with my Eurobike, so I just bought my spouse one (slightly different model).Longer Review - Bought because was a good price for the features: disc brakes, three spoke wheels...After riding for over a year, I am happy with the bike. It has performed well. Brakes, gears, frame all in good shape.Customer service is excellent. I did get into an accident and bent the front forks (which are solid, based on my inability to bend it back). Contacted Eurobike about paying for a replacement and they sent me a new one, no charge.So good dependable bike with good features and good customer service.

To ask for the petals
It is a really good bike but there was one problem it didn’t come with the petals but the shipper shipped them out the following week and I love the bike.
