Great choice!
I love these prenatals. I took them everyday when I was pregnant, my baby was healthy. I did my research and this brand kept coming up as a affordable yet effective brand, and they were right. I even started taking them again even though I am not pregnant. They made me feel good and have helped me recover. The pills are a bit large and smell like oranges. If you can take larger pills, this is the right choice.

Satisfactory nutrients for you and your baby
Day 4 of taking them. I'm not pregnant, but they say to start taking prenatals a few months before conception, so that's what I'm doing. I was on the Olly gummies until I found out there weren't enough recommended nutrients. These have an odd scent but really no taste or aftertaste, and they're quite big so be prepared. I have to hold my head back and swish the water and pill around before I can swallow just to psych myself out, but they've had no problem going down. I've included a photo with a standard 500mg ibuprofen for scale. These include iron which may cause constipation, but I take them with 2 VitaFusion Fiberwell gummies and so far so good. So you might want to throw that in your routine. I'll update on skin and nail health after a month or two; whether or not you're pregnant or ever plan on becoming pregnant, prenatals are supposed to help strengthen hair and nails, so that's always a plus.

Dramatically better than other brand I tried
I switched to these after trying out a different brand my doctor prescribed on my first visit. The first brand was making my stomach a wreck. Since switching to these my nausea has calmed down substantially and I feel overall better. I still have a bit of nausea here and there but it seems more normal, not unbearable. They have b6 in them which I think helps a lot! They are a little on the large side and the citrus smell isn't appealing but I just try not to breath through my nose when taking it

Prenatal vitamins
The smell like oranges. Might’ve hard for people to swallow if they aren’t used to large sized pills.

Good
Pills are huge but I feel like they are easy enough to swallow, I just take a drink of water, throw the pill in, then swallow it all at once and it goes down fine. Slight citrus after-taste but not bad.

Gentle on My Stomach and Easy to Take
I’ve been taking Nature Made Prenatal with Folic Acid and one of the biggest positives for me is that it doesn’t make me feel nauseous or sick, which has been an issue with other prenatal vitamins I’ve tried. The tablets are a manageable size and easy to swallow. They don’t have a strong smell or unpleasant aftertaste, which makes taking them daily much easier. I also appreciate that it includes key nutrients like folic acid and iron, so I feel confident I’m getting important prenatal support. So far, I haven’t experienced any stomach discomfort, and I’ve been able to take it consistently without issues. For me, that alone makes it worth it. Overall, this has been a reliable prenatal vitamin that’s gentle and easy to incorporate into a daily routine.

Much Better Option Than One a day Prenatals
Pros: • Easy to take softgels • No strong smell or aftertaste • Includes DHA .Cheaper than one a day • One per day My wife discovered these a few months back and has been really happy with them. Before this, she was taking One A Day prenatals and often mentioned how hard they were to take because of the smell and taste. That was a consistent struggle. She wishes she had known about these earlier. The softgels are much easier on her, and she doesn’t deal with that strong vitamin smell or unpleasant aftertaste. The fact that it includes DHA and is just one per day also makes it simple and convenient. Overall, a solid prenatal option that has been a much better experience for her compared to others she’s tried.

Reliable, easy-to-take prenatal I trust
I’ve been very happy with this Nature Made Prenatal with Folic Acid + DHA and would absolutely recommend it. Nature Made is a brand I already trust, and this prenatal lived up to expectations in both quality and convenience. One of the biggest positives is that it includes both folic acid and DHA in one softgel, so there’s no need to take multiple supplements. The softgels are smooth and easy to swallow, which is especially important during pregnancy when nausea can be an issue. I also appreciated that it’s only one pill a day, making it simple to stay consistent. I didn’t experience any stomach upset, nausea, or unpleasant aftertaste, which has been a problem for me with other prenatal vitamins. The formula feels gentle yet comprehensive, covering essential nutrients needed for daily prenatal support. Knowing it supports baby’s brain, eye, and nervous system development gives extra peace of mind. Another plus is the value — a 110-day supply lasts a long time and is reasonably priced compared to many other prenatals on the market. The fact that it’s USP verified also adds confidence in the quality and accuracy of the ingredients. Overall, this is a solid, dependable prenatal vitamin that does exactly what it promises. It’s easy to take, well tolerated, and backed by a reputable brand, making it an excellent choice for pregnancy and beyond.
