Use daily as a mortgage loan officer.

This calculator is the perfect size and isn't heavy at all to carry in my bag. It is easy to use. I got it the night before my big real estate licensing exam, and even though I couldn't take the instructions into the testing center, I was able to remember the basic formulas and it helped me a lot. I passed the test, and the math was what I was most worried about.

This is a great simple calculator for real estate. I bought it for the state exam because I was not allowed to use the one on my smart phone. Worked great and I am glad i bought the simple version as I do not use all of the extra function of the upgrade models.

This is the ideal affordable amortizing calculator for the over 40 crowd. It has a large display and larger keys which make it easy to use for the slightly visually challenged. Super easy to turn on and to turn off. Since it runs on a battery, this is important. I am very happy with it.

Works like it should, however the battery died after not even one month of use

This is the perfect real estate calculator. It's small without being too small, and it has the easy to follow instructions inside so they can be with you at all times. I've had other real estate calculators that were super complicated but have the same results. I love it!
