They are gold chrome pieces. The gloss injected black parts connect to the gold pieces via pegs.

Will this fit in the neo zeong?

Since the rg and hg are both 1/144 scale and this is what this neo zeong designed for. So it should fit.

Is there any problems with the Sinanju? Can it move and make poses without it's pieces falling off?

A drop of superglue will remedy the issue with the separation of Sinanju's toe pieces. Also: for best posing, place on an action base 2, which will nullify how back heavy this suit is.
