I have been using the product since November and noticed that my eyesight seems better. Energy levels are a little higher. I work out about 6 days and my strength has increased. I am getting ready to order two more. I will post a second review towards the end of summer.

I’m in my 50’s, male. I don't know the exact mechanism behind this, but apparently it's something most people experience when taking Cycloastragenol. These sleep changes are so dramatic and obvious that personally I'm quite confident that it can't be placebo effect. It makes me look and feel very young. It's easy to use and feels good with Crackaging Cycloastragenol. Awesome physical performance is another important beneficial effect. After a typical 10km run I feel less stiff/sore. I think it is the best and the cost is minimal for the results that were achieved. I was surprised that it worked so quickly. I would recommend it to anyone who needs and wants to feel younger.

The product has chitosan in it, which blocks fat absortion and may interfere with the absorption of cycloastragenol.

I have been using for about 4 months .... I am 52 year old and I have definitely seen better joint mobility and flexibility....I haven' t seen anything spectacular so far but it does seem to have a tonic effect on mood and energy level... I will continueto buy so long as I can continue to quantify its effect....

I'll say the bad first then the good.There's lactose in some bottles - vegans beware.There's chitosan in some bottles - Kosher Jews beware.There's inconsistency between ingredients of different bottles (check pictures) - people who like certainty beware.Really I hope they settle on particular ingredients soon.Other than that it works really great and I feel younger. It's a familiar feeling, almost nostalgic of over a decade ago. It is sort of subtle but I keep taking it and it's effect is growing. I take it on an empty stomach like four hours after a meal and I try to take a nap or lay down while it's taking effect.

I have been taking this product for about one year. Prior to that I was spending a fortune for TA 65. I couldn't tell you which is the better product. I can tell you this is much more economical. No really knows if either product works. I take this, Stem Cell 100 and Tumeric. At 62, I work about 11 hours a day in a high stress job and feel generally good. I will continue to take these supplements as long as I can afford them.

This one makes my stomach upset and diarrhea. it doesn't work for me.

This product has in just 3 weeks begun to strengthen my skin tension, my knee joints feel stronger and I can definitely see new hair growth. This at the age of 64.
