This can’t be real passionflower. I ordered lady’s mantle from them and they both look the exact same. It just looks like dried bright green leaves chopped up. 2 different herbs but they both smell and look the exact same. I don’t trust it.

I bought this tea on a recommendation that passion flower tea can help with anxiety and this tea totally does! I am a shy and introverted person and upon starting a new job I realized I have Zoom anxiety. I would dread meetings because the video camera and view made it feel like everyone was looking at me. I started drinking this tea every morning before heavy meeting days and I am never nervous anymore and can joke around with my coworkers and offer input. I feel a lot more calm, relaxed and focused.I really recommend this tea for anyone that wants to destress and relax! It has a light "grassy/herbal" type of taste, but I add two tablespoons of sugar to suit my tastes better. I would definitely buy again!
