Bag ignited into flames!! We need to return!

I did not give one star only because the product works perfectly if it did not burn. I admit that I liked how convenience of this product.It works great for the first two times. Today, I used it again as usual following the instruction to bake a large potato. Around 6 minute, I smelled smoke from Microware, it turned out that the bag started to burn. Luckily, we are around, so it did not cause fire. Note that, paper towel did not catch fire, only the bag.The seller should mention about fire hazard in the instruction.

I've used my potato bag a couple of times and it does a great job steaming sweet potatoes and russets. I'm taking mine to work for quick meals on the go.

I hate to be the naysayer on this potato bag because of all the great reviews it gotten, which by the way I now think they make have been somewhat professional written. Why because of the length and content of the review. Anyway I did receive my potato bag and the first thing I noticed was that large bag advertized to be 10"x10" and it is really 9"x"9,I do not know about the small bag which is advertised to be 7"x9". There was no way I could get 4 medium potatoes in this bag as advertized. It was advertised that is came with a cook book, there is no cook not two sheets of paper with front and back photo copy of some recipes, not very detailed. Now the real story of how does it cook, well I could only two potatoes in the bag so I had to use the bag twice because we were a party of four and that meant that the first run got a bit cold and had to reheat them, not good. Also it took almost 12 minutes for two potatoes and the skin was a bit tough. We have not tried to cook any other item in the bag. In closing we bought this bag because of the great reviews as there are many other bags out there a much cheaper price as this is the most expensive on we have run across. $14.95 plus shipping which came to around $20.00. Just how we see it.

This item was delivered to me earlier than excepted which is always a pleasant surprise. I was very impressed with the product's presentation. It was packaged neatly in a zipper bag along with a very thoughtful & well written letter thanking me for purchasing this product and offering me discounts on some of the other products they sell. It also came with a very nice "Getting Started Guide With Your Potato Baking Bag" booklet, a set of instructions with cooking times and a really nice vegetable brush as a free bonus. I couldn't be more pleased with the time & effort that went into assembling this product and packaging it for the consumer. I really liked the actual bag itself, it was very high quality craftsmanship.Following the enclosed instructions I made a couple baked potatoes for me & my husband. They were perfectly cooked. What's even better is that it's not just for potatoes, you can steam other vegetables as well. I am sure that anyone who buys this bag will be as thrilled with it as I am!
