Correctable Film Ribbon Cartridge for The IBM 210 and IBM Selectric III (Made After 1982)

Very good.

Ribbon arrived with broken spring assembly. Cheaply made. Repaired the spring assembly issue but the ribbon still wouldn't advance when typing.

Would you believe that a product as simple as a typewriter ribbon for an IBM Selectric III is simply not available in the 'normal' office supply stores. Alas, Amazon to the rescue - should have gone there first before wasting all that gas and time. The ribbons arrived timely as promised and better yet, they work, just as well as any IBM branded ribbon I've ever used. Great product, great service, reasonable prices - what more could you ask for.

They don't compare to IBM ribbons. I have to type everything twice. Plus, it doesn't fit in perfectly to my typewriter.

You can't get this ribbon in most office supply stores anymore. When you have an IBM Selectric you need this ribbon! Be careful you order the right ribbon for the machine you own.

double rip-off!!!!First, the price is more than triple what others charge( in office storesthese used to be $6 or $7),and second, if you compare the quantity of ribbon, it is 1/3 to 1/2 lessthan what was once supplied on the spool/fits on the spool.I was astonished to find I had run out of ribbon in 2 months-these usedto last 6 months with my flow of typing. They weigh about 1/2 what original spools did.

These cartridges are getting hard to find. I do not believe that IBM or Lexmark make them anymore, so I have to rely on aftermarket suppliers. This one works well, came promptly and did not cost me too much. I will use them again.
