Clip is so-so
The clips 'pinch' is not so tight so it falls off all the time. Kinda defeats the purpose. The rest of the structure seems ok, not too cheap quality. Can't seem to pinch the closure any tighter. Keeps falling off and then I have to go find it.Missed the window for retuning them - should have gone with something of a better quality.

Metal clips falls off easily when snagged
The price is great for the amount you get. My only issue is the metal clip breaks off easily from the plastic part. It falls right now if it gets caught on anything and you tug it a little bit (caught on a jacket, belt, etc).If you don’t catch it on anything, it works like a dream!

First one broke in a fluke...next one worked fantastic, could not break it. These are great if you have to scan your badge alot

Poorly made product
These retractable badge reels are extremely fragile. I tested one myself at work and it broke apart in two days. I was hoping it was just the one, so I tried another and it broke apart within an hour! There were only four keys attached to it. I’m really disappointed with this product.

Not the best quality
These are fine, however the metallic anchor is beginning to wiggle after 2 months of light use. So I don't anticipate this product to last, maybe I'll put a drop of instant glue
