Ok. I was skeptical when I read about this green sriracha sauce. How could anything be better than the red one I have loved and used for years and years? Well, this sauce is a Japanese spin on the classic and is just incredible. I took one taste after I received the two pack and logged back onto Amazon literally two minutes later and ordered this 6 pack, because I knew one or two bottles would not last long enough. The Serrano peppers add the perfect spice and there are some other notes that are hard to describe, but both my wife and I fell in love immediately.If you are wondering, yes, buy it. Don't even second guess or hesitate. Just get it. You won't regret it. It really is as good as you want it to be.In fact even better!

I have to admit, anytime I see anything with Sriracha as an ingredient, I'm compelled to try it which is why I purchased this. A six pack may seem a lot but I figure it would be good gifts for friends and family as well. This Sriracha isn't to replace the beloved red Sriracha made by Huy Fong. But it does have its own applications with its tang. I thought it was delicious with tequitos and mexican food in general.I ended up purchasing the Spicy Mayo from the same brand and loved that as well.

Huge fan of red Srirachi, so was curious about what this was about.Loved it so much, we burned through a 6 pack of these before I even finished a single bottle of the Red.We love this stuff...very good on near about anything.I think the only time I prefer the red is with something cheesy. Red Srirachi seems to compliment that better.For everything else, this just gives a green freshness I love.

Very wholesome. Pairs very well with things like a fresh cod fishwich on crusty bread. It is always on hand in our house. Does not go with everything, not nice on cornflakes, but often gives a fantastic zip to your latest creation.

It's not as good as I expected. I was hoping this to be as good (or better) as the tried and true red Sriracha, but simply put, it is not. That being said, it's a decent sauce. I don't need to buy a bunch more, but I will use what I've purchased. It's almost more of a sour/bitter flavor than I'm used to in most hot sauces.

This sauce is amazing! Hot but as some vinegar that cuts through the heat. Great on ANYTHING!

This stuff tastes noticeably different than the red but just as good if not better. Now I alternate between red and green according to the food and there is not much that doesn't get a squirt of one or the other.
