    Mild Greek yogurt is delicious, rich, and mild. Not as tart as the original greek yogurt. You can also drain additional whey and make it as thick as you prefer. As authentic as you can get! Greek style yogurt is a yogurt that has been strained to remove most of its whey, resulting in a thicker consistency than unstrained yogurt, while preserving yogurt's distinctive sour taste. Like many types of yogurt, strained yogurt is often made from milk that has been enriched by boiling off some of its water content, or by adding extra butterfat and powdered milk. You will receive at least 1 teaspoon of dried yogurt starter culture. This is a heat loving culture which needs consistent heat. The use of a yogurt maker or similar appliance is required. Contains: Live Active Cultures, Dairy Remember, this type of yogurt culture can be used over and over again…indefinitely. This means that if you keep this culture alive, you never have to buy yogurt again. To keep your culture viable, you must try to make your next batch of yogurt within 5-7 days.
