1.customer service is a nightmare- amazon had to demand to the seller for me since I wasn’t getting anything help from them. They still refuse to help.2. If you want to make any changed(refuse, return,or exchange), you will be charged 20% restocking fee. No questions no exceptions.3. If you want to return or exchange due to bad quality or wrong color, you MIGHT not get charged 20% restocking fee. However you need to pay for the shipping($80 is the cheapest).4. Box is going to arrive somewhat damaged because there is zero padding in the furniture. Whole thing arrived in a 4x4 cardboard box like a cheap ikea furniture.5. The instruction manual is a drawn and written by a 2 year old. Bunch squares and lines. I have put together hundred of ikea furniture, I have never seen worse.6.instruction indicate each piece would like sticker like A1,B1, C2. Which would been easy but only 2 pieces have stickers, rest were none.7. Pre drilled holes are off aligned. If you don’t have a special tool set you would be doing it for hours with a small Allen wrench provided.8. Every single bolt will be striped by the end so don’t ever think you can take it apart.9.with all the special tools I have and the knowledge. Still took me 2.5 hrs to put together.10. No instruction for the end table at all. Nothing even mention the end table so good luck.11. Outdoor grade cushion stained on the first day and hard to clean off the stain.12. The cushion is stiff as a board. I’d rather sittin go a concrete.13. It’s too short for anyone who is 5’6 or taller. Unless you want lay down with 2 feet handing down.14. No tie down on the cushions, it blows around everywhere even on a mild windy day.15. The seller is so awful and rude. If you buy anything you will probably in for a hefty fee regardless what happens. Unfortunately the quality isn’t up to par so save yourself the hassle just look elsewhere.

First of all it’s not red… More of a dark pink or hot pink. I thought at first it was just my eyes but now three out of three people say it’s pink. I am glad all the accessories/rug that I pre-bought to go with this item have no red in it. They would not have matched.Second, Packaging was horrendous. The screws and tiny parts were loose and all over the inside. Also a lot of the items were not labeled and that made it very hard to assemble. Overall it took me about four hours to gather all the loose items, figure out which part is what and to assemble. I feel I am a pretty experienced furniture assembler... I don’t think an average person could have figured out everything (without tearing their hair out) due to packaging problems and hard to understand instructions.Third, I could also tell that this was a returned item due to the pebbles found in the packaging, small scrapes in normal wear and tear spots and a screw & a couple feet already assembled. While that’s not a huge deal breaker to me… Just an FYI for others.Overall it’s a cute items that fits in my small space well. I do not think it’s going to last years upon years but it will do for now.

Super easy to assemble. Great price! I am really happy with this purchase. I added the pillows from my last set. Perfect for my patio!
