My new camera eats batteries. After a week it was at 25%. I can't keep driving 2 hours to replace batteries in my game camera. Plus batteries are not cheap. I thought I'd try this battery pack and in somewhat surprised and how well it has done so far. After a week my battery is still showing 100%. The metal cable is icing on the cake. With the ability to recharge it I'm going to be saving tons of money on replacing batteries. So far it's been a great investment. The quality seems to be very good and well thought out. For my Spypoint camera I had to take off the large adapter on the end to get the connector to fit. I would recommend this battery for your game camera.

I hung some of those adhesive-backed LED strip lights in my portable ice house and I use this unit to power them. This thing is fantastic. Comes with a 8ah battery (same physical dimensions as a Vexilar battery), power cable with 2.1mm connector, and a 110v charger. It even has a quick-attach port for the charger to plug in.The case is VERY compact so it doesn't take up much space in my ice shack and it's very ruggedly built. So far it has handled the abuse of bouncing around in a wet, sub-zero ice house being bounced across a frozen lake.

Wow, impressed with value. I bought a stealthcam n42ng, and knew I couldn't rely on alkaline batteries, didn't want to spend money on lithiums, and found out that rechargeable AA batteries have lower than standard voltage at full charge, causing issues. So this was a great plan B. I was skeptical due to iffy reviews, but let me tell you, so far I am really glad I purchased this, I almost though of building my own battery box, but this is more cost effective. It's a nice box, has a cord wrap, a charger, shipping was fast fast fast, out of the box the battery was 12.8v after a 10hr chard it was 13.4v. I've used it for two weeks, in temps to freezing, and lots of rain, inside of battery box it dry! Checked voltage again after 2 weeks 12.4 volts. I can't speak to long term use, but hey, could always put a new battery in, a higher quality one! It's great value. Honestly, if you're on the fence, I recommend it.

For all intents and purposes, the battery is as advertised, it works fine.They even improved the cable with a metal braid, however, shiny, so you'll have to paint it so as not to be spotted.What I'd like to see is the ability to replace/upgrade the internal wires, also an option for a solar controller tie in, an additional port for options like USB, charging/discharging, and the main improvement, a lithium option for longer life between charges.Much of my property in the Sierra is super rugged, with amazing views, but not the kind of place one wants to hike more than once a year since it takes an entire day round trip.Anyway, I'd give it a 5 star, but as long as it's been on the Mkt, it's time to upgrade.If I was younger, I'd compete and sell my own battery backup system, but that's a young mans place.Believe me, there's a Mkt. for a better device, but this one is adequate.

I have been using two of these battery boxes for about 3 years now and while the batteries seem to be quite good, the rubber seals on both boxes dried and cracked after a single season which allowed water to enter the boxes. The batteries in both of them shorted out requiring new ones when they filled with water after a couple of good rains. The boxes are sturdy, but replacement seals need to be made available to keep the boxes watertight after they have spent a few months in the woods. I finally had to drill a couple of small holes in the bottom of the boxes to let moisture out which alleviated much of the problem.

I have a Stealthcam cell camera that was eating batteries alive. Hooked this up to my camera and it has been full battery for 2 months. Definitely recommend.

Got this product and charged it for 16 hours right away, plugged it into my trailer cameras and it won’t even keep the camera turned on.

Great product and battery last for a long time but very hard to plug in to charge.
