SOLARAYPygeum & Saw Palmetto, 100 mg, 120 veggie caps

These are not for me but for my husband. I've have made a few orders for these because he likes them so well. They help him with his prostate problem by not having to use the bathroom as often. He also combines these with his prescription that's for his prostate. Believe me to go someplace with him when he takes these and stays away from coffee we are not looking for a bathroom every 10 minutes. It gets really hard not to crack up when he's bouncing around in the drivers seat trying to make it to a restroom.

I've tried many different things including Rx drugs, OTC drugs, supplements and even acupuncture for slow flow and nighttime frequency issues associated with BPH over the last 10+ years. I can honestly say that Solaray's Pygeum and Saw Palmetto is the only thing that has helped me. Is it perfect, no, but my quality of life is definitely better. I'll continue to take it as long as that's the case.

Initially pleased with the effectiveness of this product, but it did not prove to be consistent between batches. It also seems excessive to need to take 4 capsules daily. I have switched to their one daily softgel One Daily Saw Palmetto and Pygeum - 30 - Softgel and it seems to be better.

I switched from Irwin Naturals Prost-Strong, used this Solaray product for a month then right back to Irwin Naturals. Night time frequent urination increased. I think every guy is different plus the contents mix may have a lot to do with it.
